I've installed the only Karma mod I could find for PHPBB3. It's a little different than what we're used to, but it seems to be working.
You'll find the + karma and - karma images below a user's avatar/post count when viewing a thread. The process is a little more intensive than what we had because you can now leave comments to "explain" your karma.
I'll be migrating the old karma scores over soon.

That's an improvement. As king of the praisewhores, my sense is that noses wouldn't be out of joint if the old tallies didn't transfer.

Interesting. I don't see a thumbs up/down on any of Mark's posts, but I do see them on Ray's. I see them on some of Slap's posts. I've praised all three of these people today.
