1) One of your many distortions was that I made a post bragging about my internet connection. The distortion part is where you never fail to fail to mention that it was on a THREAD that was created, by someone else; for bragging about connection speed.

1)  All I said was that you bragged about your connection speed.  I think that sums it up nicely, and I'm having a -real- hard time seeing how that's a distortion.  I never implied anywhere that you began or initiated any such thread.  Actually, no, it isn't in any way shape or form a distortion.  Sorry.

2)  However, as to who first did the bragging, oh that was quite verifiably you.  It was a thread for -comparing- connection speeds.  Check out the first post - it doesn't say "Let's brag!"  It says "Let's compare!".  It was participated in by a great many sane, rational people who's egos aren't so hilariously fragile that they would even begin to connect their ego to their connection speed - i.e., everyone but you.

The first post that involves actual bragging in any way that I see is "All your connections are belong to me" post #28.  And everyone let it slide.  But you had to brag about it yet again.  I'm seeing quite a few people who posted on there with -slower- speeds than almost everyone who came before them - I guess they were participating in order to offer themselves up as sacrificial ego lambs for the faster peoples to brag on.  That you cannot perceive that thread as about anything other than bragging, is very illuminating as to your character. 

Did you notice, by the way, that a lot of people on -this- thread also posted their speed despite being in the very slow category compared to other posters?  Were they bragging too?

I really find it hilarious that you can't even -conceive- that people post for any other reason than to brag about it.  Seriously, I think I do a pretty good job of making fun of your bizarreness, but you're unintentionally funnier than anything I can come up with, all I can do is point and laugh.

1-b) Don't think that nobody noticed YOU bragging while simultaneously complaining about someone ELSE bragging.

2-b) Were this thread meant to brag about connection speeds, I wouldn't have measured it at my desktop computer which is connected at the ACCESS layer, I would have gone INTO the NOC and measured it as close to our 155meg OC-3 pipe as I could get. Not that you would know anything about any of this. YOU probably think that your FIOS connection gives you 20meg because it's FIBER.

Of course, at this stage you've revealed that if you "meant to brag", you'd measure it not at the access level which is where a -fair- comparison would take place, you'd skip the access layer and go closer to the pipe in order  to pump up your numbers.  In other words, you'd cheat.  You're not only so lame as to brag about your connection speed, but you'd actually cheat in order to win!    Well, you admit you're a cheat in your sig line, so I guess this shouldn't be all that surprising, but at least cheating on your taxes has a financial point, cheating for an ego stroke over connection speed is so... so.... bwahahahahahaah.

Oh, I can think of lots lots more salient differences between us, which is that I don't squeal with glee over my oh so clever intentional trolling.  And yes, everyone knows you're an -intentional- troll.  Which is why I usually ignore the parts where you're being a troll in actual arguments, and concentrate on the frequent times where your true personality shines through, like when you admit you'd cheat on an internet connection speed comparison thread for props and adulation.
