Though Rafalski was great and his two goals certainly well-earned, Ryan Kesler's open net goal in the closing minute was by far the best goal of the game.  Dude got knocked down and was sliding on his stomach and still made the goal.  That was pure effort.

Canada's team is pretty bad this year, they're playing like a bunch of individuals that happen to be on the ice at the same time. There's very little cooperation or cohesion.

Those pucking Canadians were able to stick together and barely skate by in overtime. The net gain they now enjoy in national pride is simply icing on the cake.

I would be happy if the Frog Canadians would learn how parking lots work.  The Vigil Mass is at 4pm on Saturday.  In the season we have a Mass in French at 5:30.  When we come out there are all these cars with Quebec tags going around -that keep us from backing out and letting them in...

Canada also has the best place in the world for fresh water fishin' big_smile

What a game! OFC it had to be Crosby with the Disney-esque OT goal too lol

I must say the American team played well though, I felt bad for Miller when he let that winning goal through. He looked like a deer in the headlights, and he just collapsed. Poor guy. I'm glad he won MVP, at least.
