How are you trying to upload it?
If you put it on your PC (or Mac) hard drive, you should be able to use the "browse" function to find it.
(under "my pictures" or some other file)

Exactly what I'm doing, Mark. I hit browse and click my desktop where I have the pic saved. But when it "uploads" it's the old pic of a monkey with glasses on that I used to have. Weird.
